During our expedited vetting process, we will notify you if we come across something that prevents us from issuing the credentials for which you applied. If you amend the issue within seven days, you may still pass the vetting process.
If you do not or cannot amend the issue we identify within seven days, you will need to re-apply to be vetted once more (which includes paying for the process again), so we strongly encourage you to thoroughly review a course’s vetting standards before applying for credentials.
Issues that you may (or would) not be able to amend within seven days (and should therefore watch out for) include:
- Pervasive grammatical errors (errors across so many channels of content it would be difficult or impractical to amend it all)
- Content that consistently violates our standards for ethical conduct, copyright, sourcing, citation, and/or verification
- Course completion (should you not have actually passed the required courses associated with credentials when you purchase expedited vetting)
- Email responses that you send after more than 36 hours have passed
